How can I return my item(s)?
To return your items you can send us an email at customerservice@boutique-22.com.


Are there any costs for returning my item(s)?
Yes. The return costs are always for the sender. Our advice would be to ship your package with a Track & Trace code.


I have returned an item. When will I get my money back?
When we have received your item(s) in good condition, we will make the refund as soon as possible. 


How long does it take until I get my Track & Trace code for my order?
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. When the package is arrived at the courier you will shortly receive the Track & Trace code.


What is a pre-order?
You can already order your favorite item when it's not yet in stock. As soon as it's in stock we will send your item immediately. De delivery item is always stated under the article under 'extra information'.


Can I change my order?
We always try to send your order as soon as possible, therefore it can happen that your order has already been shipped. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@boutique-22.com asap.
